Our production facilities in Rousse are equipped with machines for mechanical, gas and plasma cutting of plates and metal profiles, lifting machines and equipments as well as machines for machining, new generation of welding machines and all necessary tools and equipment, needed for our production.

Gas oxygen cutting

Gas-oxygen cutting is a well-known and reliable method widely used in the metalworking industry for cutting steel. We have gantry CNC gas-oxygen cutting machine available with operational length 8000 mm and width 3400 mm.

Mechanical Cutting

The company has modern machines for sheet metal and profile cutting. The following machines are available: folding press machine, guillotine shear, column drilling machines, bandsaw cutting machines, lathe, milling machine, pipe bending machine, profile bending machine. The workshop is served by 2 bridge cranes.

Welding

The company has many years of experience in storage tank building.

Welding in the production faccilitie is carried out in a separate workshop.

We have highly qualified teams of welders certified according to EN ISO 9606-1 and EN ISO 14732. We have available welding machines from world-renowned manufacturers: Kemppi, LINCOLN ELECTRIC, ESAB.

The quality of the welding production is guaranteed by the constant control exercised by our quality control staff.

Painting & Blasting

Preventing corrosion extends the life of metal constructions. Corrosion prevention usually begins with the blasting process, which cleans and eliminates corrosion on the surface of metal structures. This process prepares the surfaces for a coating that will protect and extend their life.

To achieve excellent results in applying corrosion protection coating systems the company has modern equipment and qualified personnel. Coatings are applied in an air-conditioned paint workshop. We have sandblasting machines and high-pressure airless spraying pumps.
